I can't believe that it's already July. June flew by for us, we were
super busy. I had a bachelorette party for a good friend since high
school and then her wedding. We had another wedding for a guy that Mike
works with and Brady's birthday and parties and getting Sandy Pines
ready so we can spend some time out there this summer! And Father's Day was in June!! So let's see I
don't think I even posted about Father's day yet! Mike had a great
father's day. We started out by going to church, it was also Brady's
birthday week so they did a birthday blessing for him. Then we went out
for breakfast, it was very yummy! Mike has a ton of hats, shoes, it's
too hard to buy him clothes so I decided to do a family night out to the
WhiteCaps game. They didn't have one until the following Friday but
that was the day after Brady's birthday and they were doing fireworks.
Mike loved the idea (he has been wanting to go to one) so it all worked
out! We did make a pretty cool candy card for him though. While we
were making the card I could barely keep the kids from eating the
candy!! As soon as we gave it to Mike they were asking for the candy!
He was generous and gave Brady the peppermint patty and Izzy got an
airhead :)
Thanks to Aunt Linda we did get to put the Now and Later's on too!
Then we had Brady's birthday. He is FIVE years old now!!! Since it was the BIG 5, I told him he could have a friends party too. We usually just do a combined family party for the both of them. Anyway on his actual birthday we went to Chuck E Cheese and Gee-Da and Grandma Sandy and Grandpa and Aunt Haley came with us. Brady had an awesome time and we sang and had cake too. The morning of his birthday we let him open a few presents because he just couldn't stand it!!! I made him his favorite breakfast, Chocolate Chip Pancakes! But he also has a new favorite Peanut Butter Cheerios, so he had both :) Then for his cake he wanted chocolate cake with chocolate frosting with sprinkles. It was a very good day!! This was on Thursday. Then on Friday we went to the WhiteCaps game. This was a lot of fun and of course we ate a ton of fats and calories because it's good food :) Then Saturday we spent the day at Sandy Pines and Sunday was his friends party. We had it at For The Kidz gym and I did a superhero theme with a cupcakes and like a candy smorgesboard. It was a fun and busy weekend!!

I know it's a lot of pictures I guess that's because I don't keep up on my postings!! And my little man is now FIVE!! At his five year check up he weighed 45 pounds and was 45 1/2 inches tall. He is in like the 90th percentile for his height and right around 50 for weight. So he is a tall boy :) He also had to get shots :( He only had to get two and he did okay for the first one but the second one he was not happy about and cried and cried, then they told me that we had to get his finger pricked for blood test for Kindergarten. Well when I took him to get his finger pricked they started to do the tie off thing on his arm and I was like I thought you just had to prick his finger and they were like OH NO WE TAKE BLOOD. Well he was not prepared for that and neither was I, once again not happy about that and I felt horrible because I told him he just had to get a little prick on his finger! Poor guy but he did good and everything came back good so he is a tall healthy boy!
